When cleansing, many people forget the tip of their nose, which can become oily or greasy. Use small circular movements to make sure you get your whole nose clean.

It’s an old adage, but never go to bed with your make up on. It prevents skin the skin from shedding and breathing and may cause blemishes, and blackheads to appear.

Keep hair clean and off the face to avoid making skin greasy, especially overnight when it can rub against skin as you sleep and cause spots and blemishes to appear.
